If you aren't 100% satisfied with the anchor, you get your money back. Just pay return shipping.
The anchor must still be in good condition - anchors that are bent or damaged will not be accepted for returns or credits.
Inland states - if you purchased or received an anchor during the winter months, you qualify for our extended return policy until June 1st - even if the anchor has been used.
If the anchor has not been used and has been stored indoors & has not been wet or exposed to humidity, then there is no deadline to return the unused anchor. Please keep the original box to ensure the lowest return shipping price.
Coastal states - our standard 30 day return policy is extended to 60 days in the winter if the anchor has been used or has been wet, or stored outdoors, or on your boat.
1. We authorize a UPS return label and e-mail it to you. Just print and tape to the box.
2. Return to any UPS Store. You can also leave the package on your doorstep for UPS to take if you are expecting another package to be delivered from UPS.
3. Once we receive the anchor, we deduct the return shipping charge from your refund.
